I just finished the “About Us” page (click on the menu, above), and will soon be offering something of a motivational page, too.
Once these are built, I’ll be trying to produce more content including useful weight loss advice for specific topics.
For those of you who have read my book, don’t worry: although I plan to use my book as a reference for some of my posts, I will NOT be cutting and pasting from it. Everything will be fresh and new, with more insights from what I’ve learned over the years and in my weight loss coach training.
